Allí recogemos la libreta del banco suizo que hay sobre el escritorio. Abrimos el cajón y recogemos el líquido corrector. Luego vamos hasta el reloj de péndulo (un viejo conocido) y lo abrimos. Bernard descubre una puerta secreta por la que desciende al laboratorio del doctor Fred, donde este ha atado a los tentáculos Morado y Verde. Entonces vemos a Hoagie y Laverne, en el primer piso.
